Star of the Big Brother Naija reality show Natacha Akide, often known as Tacha, has declared that Nigerian feminism is witchcraft.

In her most recent interview, the reality star discussed her altercation with Mummy Zee and claimed as much.

We remember that Tacha had previously discussed Mummy Zee, the woman who gained notoriety for getting up at 4:30 a.m. every day to prepare meals for her husband, in an interview on her colleague Phyna’s show.

When Mummy Zee was informed on social media that Tacha had made fun of her on a show, she said, “That one wey no get sense.”

Tacha responded to the woman’s remark, calling it impolite, by criticizing her harshly on social media.

In response, Tacha refuted the X user’s charge, saying that she was standing up for Mummy Zee on the program. Tacha addressed the topic during her widely shared interview with famous media personality Chude Jideonwo.

Tacha defined Nigerian feminism as witchcraft while elaborating on her own.

Because I loved feminists back then, I was applauding this woman on my show and asking why feminists were teasing her.

“I thought the feminism you people practised in Nigeria was witchcraft because, when it comes time to come out, people won’t come out—instead, they will come out for the wrong reasons and then they will just despise men in general.” That is not my intention.
