Rapper Channing Nicole Larry, better known by her stage name Enchanting, was born and raised in Texas. She passed away at the age of 26.

Enchanting met her premature demise after an overdose, according to Dailymail.co.uk, which left her in critical condition. Earlier this year, the emerging talent was signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 label.

According to a representative of her management team, Enchanting had been at their house for the past four days trying to clean up. “She did everything I could to help her, and I did my best,” the spokesman said to The Shade Room, who verified her passing on Tuesday night.

MotionGod Bandman, Larry’s partner, posted a touching message on Facebook, along with a picture of the couple, expressing his sadness: “You’ve finally found the peace you’ve been searching for. You wounded me.”

Enchanting’s profile is still up-to-date on the 1017 website, indicating that she started her music career after high school. She referred to her sound as “Trap-n-Blues” and strived to establish a personal connection with her audience. “What I say has resonance for other people. I might help somebody through any situation; they can listen to me and find peace,” she wrote on her profile.

Larry’s music has become very popular; her Spotify profile has about 660,000 monthly streams, and her YouTube page has four million views. She had a guest appearance on the mixtape “Gucci Mane Presents: So Icy Summer” in 2020, which allowed her talent to be seen by more people.

In addition to her successful music career, Larry was active on OnlyFans, where she received over 25,000 likes. She became well-known in the entertainment sector due to her wide range of interests and skills.

As an Army brat born in Germany, Larry first lived in Atlanta until her family relocated to Fort Worth, Texas, which she loved and still felt was her home. Her sudden passing left a creative and resilient legacy, which the music world is still grieving over.

Fans and fellow musicians have used social media to express their grief over Enchanting’s passing and to honor her for the struggles and influence her music had.
